Job Description:
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager with a strong background in HVAC and mechanical project management to oversee the daily operations of our projects. This role involves close collaboration with project managers, estimators, and clients to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality project completion. The Assistant Project Manager will support project planning, schedule management, and resource allocation, ensuring all project milestones are achieved effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing HVAC and mechanical construction projects from initiation to closure.
• Work closely with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, including tracking dependencies and milestones.
• Oversee and report on project progress, budget, and issue resolution to senior management.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the HVAC and mechanical sectors.
• Strong understanding of mechanical construction processes, including design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
